Union Cemetery of Montgomery is a traditional cemetery. There are no specific regulations for what type of monuments or markers may be used, although the maximum width for a memorial on a single plot is 32″, on a double plot 56″, and on three plots 72″. The cemetery consists of mostly single headstones, double headstones, and granite markers, though all types of memorials made out of granite, marble, and bronze, are allowed.
